Problems, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Problems with the My Safety Locator you have purchased.
Complete it with as much detail as you can, and forward it as soon as you can, giving us a good time to call you. Send the Problem Solving Page to – support@mysafetylocators.com.au

We will attempt to help you fix the problem over the phone. It will most likely be a programming problem. If we cannot help you fix it, we will ask you to return your My Safety Locator to us. We will attempt to fix it in our workshop and return it to you within 24 hours. If it is unfixable, we will replace it immediately, sending it to you by Express Post.

IMPORTANT !!

Your My Safety Locator needs to be returned in its original box, and the box wrapped securely. This will protect it from damage during postage, because a damaged My Safety Locator will not be accepted for repair OR replacement.

Include in your package a copy of your completed Problem Solving Page stating the reason for your return and the original receipt, keeping a copy for yourself.

Mail your returning item by Express Post with signature, and a tracking number to:

As son as you are given the tracking number, send it to 1300 99 88 03 or email it to support@mysafetylocators.com.au .

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you need to return the My Safety Locator within 30 days of your purchase date.
My Safety Locator must be returned in its original box, and the box wrapped securely.
This will protect it from damage during postage, because a damaged My Safety Locator will not be accepted for repair, return, refund or exchange.

How To Return An Item

My Safety Locators that have been damaged will not be accepted for repair, refund, return or exchange.
So package it securely !

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price, less the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your My Safety Locator is still in new condition, you may exchange your My Safety Locator for a different product or colour, paying the difference in price, if the new item is dearer, or receiving a credit or refund, if the new item’s price is less.
You will need to pay return postage.
