Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

This policy sets out details of despatch and delivery for your online and offline purchases.

Christmas Delivery Dates

Christmas will soon arrive and we don’t want you to miss out.

Order before 10th of December 2016 and no matter where you are across Australia, we’re confident that you will receive your order before Christmas.

Order after 10th December and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order before Christmas, but we’ll do our very best.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all addresses within Australia via Australia Post, and to international locations via DHL.

We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

A signature is required on delivery.

Even remote locations will be serviced by your usual Australia Postie.

How and when we deliver

Your Express parcels are posted by  5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Allow 24-48 hours for despatch from the time you place your order.

We will notify you via an SMS on your despatch date, that your locator is on it’s way to You.

Depending on where you live, even Express post can take ….

  • 1-3 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
  • 4-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
  • 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.  Sorry Folks …

During peak periods (Easter, Xmas or other Public holidays, the delivery may take up to 14 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.

Keep your receipt with your tracking number on it beside your computer.

AusPost may contact you to arrange a delivery time using the contact details provided by you.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign a form or a pad to acknowledge that the goods were delivered in good and proper condition. Where you have requested that a representative accept delivery of the goods on your behalf, this delivery acknowledgment will be obtained by your Postie.

Please note that  Australia Post is under strict instructions to only deliver and obtain delivery confirmation from you personally, unless you agree to other arrangements with your Postie.

Cost of delivery

You will be pleased to know that your postage is covered by us, throughout Australia.

Acceptance of delivery

Deliveries must be signed for by the person who has placed the order,  unless they have on the order page nominated another person to take delivery and sign for the my safety locators ordered.

We recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours, if you will not be at your home address when your Postie wants to deliver.

If someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Australia Post will leave a card.

When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by Australia Post.

Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived when expected, please contact our Customer Service initially via email,support@mysafetylocators.com.au,  so we have a record of the problem.

We will phone you to discuss your problem and attempt to rectify the situation.
